Fiddle Leaf Fig (Ficus lyrata) is a popular choice for indoors and outdoors. Despite its popularity it’s not the easiest plant to look after, but it’s stature and visual impact are well worth the effort. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Fiddle Lead Fig likes a warm, humid environment with plenty of light. Watch out where you place it indoors as it won’t thrive in low light conditions.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They are particularly sensitive when it comes to changes in their environment. If you find a place it likes and it’s thriving… Leave it!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Fiddle Leaf likes to be kept consistently and evenly moist. Allowing it to dry out too much leads to leaf loss. But don’t over water it as you don’t want to cause root rot.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fiddle Leaf’s thrive in pots, just make sure drainage is addressed. If yours is an indoor pot that doesn’t have a drainage hole be careful not to over water. Ensure the soil has slightly dried out before watering again. Stay tuned for a new product that will be your life saver in this instance.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
